  • Butter beans-how do I cook them?

    I used to love butter beans,but they were always the tinned ones -I found some dried beans,but the instructions are in a language and in an alphabet that I don't understand ! Have tried looking on well-known info sites,but they aren't any help !

    Please can some friendly soul give me :-

    > Cooking advice

    I know they're an acquired taste,but I love 'em. (and I live alone,no ph**rting probs)

    I can use the stove-top,the oven /microwave ,or pressure cooker,or even a slow-cooker(crock-pot)
