I know that does decrease my chance but I heard if you haven't done it in a while your chances go back up. Is that true? Please help! what happens if you do more of the drugs? Thanks

So a month before college me and my gf broke up. She said that she just lost feelings for me. The thing is that we started to have more fights like the month we broke up cause of this guy i didn't like at all cause he didn't treat her right when they had a thing. After we broke up we didn't end up really good terms. I still have some feelings for her and i know I shouldn't but I do.
