3 AnswersOther - Beauty & Style1 year agoHow to help brother with intellectual disability ?
I have a brother who has a mild intellectual disability, age 21 and I want to find ways to help him. He stays at home all day and plays the computer. I worry that will affect his mental and physical health as he is overweight already. I live with first generation parents so they don’t really have the education on this. I live in Canada, so I was wondering if there is any known support. We have tried putting him into programs where he can gain hands on experience in work training but he despises that and he doesn’t like to go in those settings because he thinks he does not have a disability. His IQ is lower than the average, however I want to get that reassessed so how do I go on from there? I want to find programs where he can relearn school because he has knowledge only up to grade 6 and I see potential potential in him learning. However, he lacks motivation and does not want to try and he has slow motor skills which I’ve observed so work experience would really benefit him expect he doesn’t want to do them. He have severe anger issues where on occasion he becomes furious swearing and yelling. Sometimes when he’s playing computer games he becomes extremely angry and swears and blames others when they’re not in the room. I want to get him help to address his anger issues but I don’t where to turn.

A 0.423 g sample of liquid C5H12 was combusted completely using excess oxygen inside a bomb (constant volume) calorimeter, with the products being carbon dioxide and liquid water. The calorimeter's heat capacity is 4.800 kJ °C-1. If the temperature inside the calorimeter increased from 25.0 °C to 30.1 °C, determine ΔH for this reaction with respect to the system in kJ mol-1 at 298 K.
