When meeting new dogs my 10 month old puppy pulls forward towards them whines and wags her tail and a lot of times she raises her fur. She has always been meeting new dogs since she was a pup and has never bit another dog but I just want to know why she raises her fur? Is she excited? Anxious? She has been snapped at by other dogs I don't know if that makes a difference. Is there any way to fix her from doing this?

I have a pitbull and he farts a lot and when he farts it reeks like it can make you gag! Is there anyway to get the farts to not smell as bad I understand he will fart but how do I get them to smell so bad! I tried yogurt there for a bit didn't do much.
