If your religion is also your political philosophy, should it be be protected in the U.S.?
Extremist Muslims want Sharia law which basically means their religion is also their political philosophy. If their religion promotes jihad/terrorism and that is also their law...shouldn't it actually be illegal or an act of sedition to practice Islam in the United States?

Police officers are very zealous about writing drunk driving tickets. Over the years I have read and heard of many cases where off duty police officers have been involved in drunk driving incidents and had the whole thing covered up, thrown out of court or gotten off with very minimal punishment. I feel all traffic officers should be required to observe absolute sobriety at ALL times until they leave the police force or retire. Any opinions on that?
