I can retract my foreskin easily when flaccid. I can get the foreskin over the glands but not fully retracted when I have a semi (half erect). And I can only retract the foreskin a tiny bit when fully erect.

If I pull the foreskin just over the glands with a semi, does this show progress towards curing my phimosis?

I've been trying for ages to get my index fingers in, and then ages to get my little fingers and it's virtually impossible for me, it's so frustrating! any tips?

I can pull my foreskin back when my penis is flaccid (which i've only recently been able to do). When it's erect, i can pull the foreskin back down over the head but that's it, it doesn't go back fully. There seems to be a band type thing just below the frenulum, and this band is tight which looks as if it's stopping my foreskin from retracting further.

I know there are stretches to do that lengthen the frenulum but I feel as if that won't be stretching the right thing.

Does anyone know what the 'band' type thing is or is it just my frenulum is tight?

Are there any other stretches that will help?

Does the frenulum stretching exercise actually work eventually?

When i pull my foreskin back when it's flaccid, it goes back fully but doesn't retract on it's own and it's quite difficult to retract in manually. Any sugestions or exercises to do that will help it losen and retract?
