  • YouTube comments - Possible to view replies to your comments?

Recieved a reply to a comment I left on a video on youtube. A little notification and all the jazz pops-up under the notifcation-bell icon in the upper right of the window/ browser. This is the only place I can view this reply though. Upon vieing this notificaton, I also found that there have apparently been several other replys to my comment. I could, of course, view and reply to them all in the little notification drop-down viewing window, but, it;s small, cramped and not big enough to display th entirety of some of the comments at once. When I go to view my comment on the video's actual page, only my comment is displayed, no mention of any replies, or any of the replies showing up as later-date comments further up the comment stream.

Question is: Is it possible to view my comment with these replies in the full window?

  • Silver metal in electronic electrical wires - aluminum, silver, platinum?

I have been casually disassembling electronics as they come into my possession. I have found wires that have a silver metal inside them, but I'm not sure what it is.

The electronics I have found them in have been the likes of Samsung cell-phones, and an old Apple eMac. From my own searching, I have read that aluminum is a common suspect, but given the value of these items when new, and the fact that general, run-of-the-mill aluminum's characteristics are of lesser quality for electronic use than copper (which these devices use plenty of otherwise), I doubt aluminum is what I am finding.

I'm assuming it is either silver or platinum, but haven't found any reliable information specific to this application.

I wish i had some fancy science kit, where I could just spray the metals with some solution and they'd turn a certain color to determine if they were or weren't whichever they are, or specify otherwise.

Additionally, I have also found male and female pins inside electronic connectors in these electronics, which are of a silver metal as well. Any idea what this metal may be? Seeing as how gold is used in all of the other connectors, I would assume these would be either silver or platinum as well, especially if the silver metal inside the wires they are connecting is the same.

  • Is it illegal for a District Court clerk lie? - Pennsylvania - Driving While Under Suspension, Warrant, ARD...?

I have a warrant out for my arrest due to my 6th driving while under suspension citation. I have no DUIs or a criminal record. My initial suspension was for points accumulation when I was young and dumb at the ripe old ages of 18 and 19. I'm trying to appeal the cases to have the charges lessened or to get ARD in replacement of the jail sentence.

I have unpaid fines which I will have to pay either way. I called the Distrcit Court to see if I could set up a payment plan, and the clerk said that since I have multiple and some are older, and that I'd need to come in to talk to the judge...

Just wondering if there would be any legal stipulations barring the clerk from lying to me to get me to come in so I can be taken into custody, or if she can say whatever she wants. - I have no problem serving my time, but would like to pursue appealing and-or attaining ARD before I get tossed in the can...

  • How to tie small solar panel system into my house's electircal system?

Is it as simple as buying the panels, an inverter and plugging it into a wall-socket, assuming it would just send power back into the outlet and supplement my house's electrical usage, or... Is it not that simple?

Remember, I'm talking about a SMALL system, and I don't care how little power it'd make, or how uneconomical it would be.

  • Can you tie small-scale solar panel system into household electrical system?

So, I've seen cheap solar panel kits for sale from Harbor Freight, and regardless of whether or not I were to buy a set from them or someone else, I was wondering what the process of implementing a small-scale solar system into your household electrical system would be.

I've read articles that started out too in-depth or were speaking of systems on a much larger scale.

Can it be as easy as buying the panels and inverter, and plugging it into a socket, or is there more to it?

Some of the articles I was reading had mentioned having to contract with your electrical supplier, having to have an electrician tie it all in in some special/ necessary way, using a battery pack (would this be necessary for a tied-in system?), or using the system to only power single items, like a water heater, or plugging items into a connected battery-pack, all of which I'm not sure is necessary or needed for what my goals/ means are/ would be.

  • Cannot delete file in Windows 8 - Says file cannot be found. -?

So... I had a photo on my computer I tried to delete, but the file still appears in File Explorer - There's no longer an image, just a blank document icon and the title.

It can't be opened, deleted, renamed, or moved - doing any of these always results in a "Could not find this item - Verify the item's location and try again" message. But when I run a search for it through all the files on my computer, only the original file shows up, showing the location of it being exactly where it is in my files, which is where these messages keep telling me it's supposedly not... Even though I can see it there, in the folder, and when searched for is listed as being exactly where it is...

At the end of the title there is a period, when I try to rename the file, all but the period at the end is automatically highlighted. It can be highlighted, but you have to do so yourself. It can't be removed individually or when attempted to be deleted with the rest of the title either. When I try to remove the period - either alone or with the rest of the title - I get a pop-up that says if I change the file extension the file could become unusable. If I tell it to go ahead anyway, it gives me the same old, "Could not find this item" message I get when trying everything else with it.

Regardless, no matter what I try to do to the file - open, delete, rename, or move - I always get the same messages.

    Any ideas?

Partial/ single responses appreciated as well. You don't have to answer everything, but please be sure you know what you're talking about/ that what you're replying with is fact.
