Smarty Pants

I have applied and paid the fee ($136) for a U.S. Passport, I was born in another country but am naturalized citizen. I lost the certificate and the only thing I have is a permanent resident alien card with a childhood picture (2 yr old) I am now grown woman. I submitted that at the post office and was accepted. I have now received a letter stating my passport app has been denied until I provide the cert of naturalization. INS wants $$$ for another cert that may take up to 2 yrs to get. What other options do I have? can the cert be gotten any sooner? If I dont provide this to the passport office within 90 days, my app will be cancelled and the $136 fee is none refundable! I dont know how much the cert is gone run me (around $250). Any ideas? please help. I am desperate and wanting to travel in 2 months.

Could use a makeover?

I hear the crashing sound usually when I start up my laptop, and then every once in a while it will make the sound randomly! What is that? It began when I downloaded a space Nebula crashing as a screensaver. I have deleted it, in an attempt to stop it, but it just keeps doing it. HELP! Its driving me CrAzY!!!!
