When I first got the voucher a few years ago, I was living together with my sister. Since then, she has moved out and I now have my two kids living with me. We would like to move into a 3 bedroom apartment so that me and my kids can each have our own room.

Is this something that I can do? How do I go about this? Who do I need to contact? I live in Los Angeles.

I'm considering moving to Houston. How far can $100,000 go in terms of a house there? I'm looking for at least 3 bedrooms. Can I get something in a decent area? I'm not looking to live in the most expensive part of town, but I don't want to be in the ghetto either.

If $100,000 would not be enough, how much should I expect to spend?

I make about $3300 monthly gross. Do I have a decent chance of getting a car loan of about $25k at a decent rate? If so, what rate should I expect?

Bought a new car recently and my first payment is supposed to be due in 2 days. Strangely, I have not received anything from the dealership or the financing company. Contacted the financing company today and they don't have an account established for me yet. I contact the dealership and they say my financing hasn't been completed yet. It's been almost a month since I bought the car.

Anyone have any idea what is going on here? If I'm unable to pay my bill on the date stated on the contract due to them not having my financing set up, is that a breach of contract?

Bought a Mustang nearly 2 weeks ago. Now the dealer is contacting me asking for check stubs and some other documents. Seems kind of fishy to me. If they needed these documents, why not ask before having me sign a contract and taking the car? What's going to happen if I don't provide these documents?

I'm trying to sell my car, but not sure what I should set my asking price to. I've looked at KBB, Edmunds, and Nada and they all have wide range in private party value. Should I just take the average? Is one of them more accurate than the others? Is there some other source I should look up?
