  • My computer freezes and i cant turn it on and it doesnt load?

    So my computer is a toshiba laptop and anyway it starts up as usual with the toshiba picture thingy then i press resume windows (iv tried safe mode and everything) because iv shut it down by holding the button because i cant shut it off because i cant press the start button anyway then it says windows is resuming and it has those green lights that go across the bar and then my screen goes black but not turned off black and then the mouse comes up and i can move the mouse but the computer doesnt load so yeah iv tried waiting it out for half an hour but then i just hold the shut down button and try again how do i fix my computer?!
