when do I pick the seeds from the rose bush? right after the petals fall or when it's completely dried out?

I am so mad! Darn animal has eaten hundreds of dollars worth of plants including veggie plants, rose bushes and trees. What is the best method of ridding my yard of gofers? I live in a suburn area so using a shot gun may not be the best method since the tunnels are probably shared with neighbors. Flooding the tunnels hasn't helped either. And posion doesn't seem to help for long term.

I live in California and want to open a small, home based business that resells items at festivals and fairs but mostly online (eBay). I want to do it right so I don't run into problems later, but really not sure where to start. Do I have to charge a sales tax for online purchases? my partner thinks I don't have to. Just adopted a little, sweet dog last week and I never seen front feet like hers before. The two front paws are turned out like pigeon toes. Should I be concerned? Anyone know what would cause this? She is approx. 3 years old. Her back two paws are normal. The front paws don't seem to get in her way. She can jump and run just fine. I did notice that she'll fold her front paws inwards when she is lying down. Apparently she likes to nap. I also am wondering if anyone knows the best way to clean the stuff that comes out of her eyes and onto her fur? I have a young chihuahua that is pretty much potty trained. Unfortuanately she did have several accidents on our tile floor. I've tried to clean it up as best as I can, but the odor is still probably there. She'll still pee/poop in the same spot. I know it's probably because she smells her previous accident. What is the best product to remove this odor that is gentle to use on a TILE floor? There's a TV show called "Me or the Dog" that covered this issue but neglected to say what was used to clean up the odor. Please help! My husband is frustrated with the dog and is arguing to give her away.

So far I have tried both Mother of Eden and happy Heiny's and are happy with both. Anyone know of any other brands that are just as comfortable and easy to wash?

I currently use pampers but I would like to switch to cloth diapers. I have no time to deal with a diaper service nor the old fashion cloth diapers that my grandmother probably used. I have seen lots of websites with cloth diapers that promise easy use and leak free, but would like to see what other parents recommend. I need a cloth diaper that is as quick as a Pampers diaper and easy to wash. Thanks!

It wasn't until after my daughter was born that I began to question the current theory of genetics. My family is a prime example that possibly it is not a toss of a coin if you end up with a girl or boy. It is my theory that there is more genetics involved in the determination of your baby’s gender. Here's my case and of course, I would love to know what you’ all think.

1. My grandmother on my mother’s side had 4 children.

Her 1st born was my mom , a girl. Her 2nnd born was my uncle, a boy. Her 3rd was another a boy. And the 4th was my Aunt, a girl. All her children were blessed with children themselves.

2. My mom had 3 children. The 1st born was my sister, a girl. Mom's 2nd born was my brother, a boy. Mom miscarried before having me, obvious girl.

3. One uncle had 2 children. His 1st born was a girl. His 2nd born was a boy.

4. The other Uncle only had 1 child, which was a girl.

5. My Aunt also had 1 child, a girl.

As 3rd generation, my first born is a girl.
