I'm trying to put together a playlist for varying moods in my life, so far I've done romantic, happy, and angry, and the time has come for my playlist for those rainy gloomy days where nothing seems to make you happy. I'm not some crazy depressed person, but sometimes you just gotta cry and get it all out! So, what songs do YOU listen to when you are just down in the dumps and want to cry?

NOTE: I'm NOT looking for Emo, Screamo, Metal..., I AM really into CLASSIC ROCK, alternative/indie rock, a lot of 90s rock (think Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, etc....), soul, blues, etc....

I had to go to an Italian hospital to be treated for a severe migraine. They prescribed me two medicines, one is a packet form of a strong NSAID (like a stronger version of advil) aimed specifically for migraines (which worked better than any other med i tried before), and another bottle of sublingual drops for the stress that brought on the migraine (called delorazepam, similar to ativan and valium) i have the prescription from the hospital and the bottles (however they don't have my name directly on the bottle). Will I be able to bring these medications back home or will customs have a problem? Reminder: I still have the prescription sheet which has my name on it and the date of my hospital visit etc....

I have a recipe that calls for 1 and 3/4 cups of hot water to 1.5 cups of dry mix, but i want to make a smaller batch. How much water should I use for just one cup of mix. One half cup of mix?

I have been recognized as having anxiety from my childhood and have been treated since I was 13. When I was in high school I was a victim of medical malpractice (over-medication on various anti-depressants, anti-psychotics, benzos, etc.) which has further complicated my already existing trust issues and anxiety treatment through psychotherapy. Over the past 3 years I have made a lot of progress after being taken off of almost all of my meds. I am now only taking Ativan for panic attacks or very nervous days. The thing is that I am noticing a resurgence in my anxiety, or hitting a rough spot in life, and I now feel the need for a more intense approach.

I think that the Ativan I am taking is not doing what it used to do for me and want to ask my doctor for another option, and I have been told by many people in my situation, and even some of my doctors, that Xanax would be a good option for me. What are the pros and cons of this plan? And how do I go about bringing it up with my doctor without seeming like a drug-seeker (I really do need something to help right now, not long term)?

I have the following ingredients:

Brown rice

boneless chicken thighs

cream of mushroom soup/ cheddar broccoli soup

shredded cheese

spices

What can I make with this? ( I can also get extra ingredients if it sounds yummy enough) I'm mostly looking for a casserole type dish but any suggestions are welcome! I'm looking forward to being able to try one of these :)

I'm looking for songs that reflect more of a lonely and unwanted mood, but any angry or bitter anti-love type songs will do. I share a two bedroom townhouse with my friend. First semester, my best guy friend came up to visit me. She hooked up with him, and then they both lied about it to my face. However, the week of finals he suprised me with a phone call where he admitted they hooked up and oh by the way, i'm coming up this weekend. So he came up despite the fact that i asked him not to, and I heard them having sex the morning after he got there, even when he said he'd sleep elsewhere. I made it clear to both of them that they had betrayed my trust and hurt me, but they siad they wanted to carry on. She went to visit him over break, and he royally dumped her 4 days before she was supposed to leave. So now she thinks he's an asshole. But that's not the start of it.

All she ever does is talk about herself, complain about how much work she has, and try to top whatever i have to say with her own accomplishments. I'm tired of it. She brought a guy over last night, and once again I had to hear her have sex.

My roomie's mom gave her a seasoned cast iron skillet, and I want to use it to cook myself a steak (NY Strip, about an inch thick), but I don't want to accidentally ruin her pan! How do I cook my steak correctly and then clean the pan right afterwards?

I KNOW!!!!!! I should avoid drinking a lot, and I should drink water in between alcoholic drinks. But it's already too late for that, and I'm hungover. I'm pretty queasy, tired and have a headache. What can help me feel better (besides water, advil and rest)? My biggest complaint right now is nausea by the way. Thanks!

I have left my NuvaRing in for too long (about 12 days). I've been really stressed and I guess time just passed me by. Should I just put another ring in and wait until I would normally have my period again or should I take it out now and have my period? Or is there another way I should go about this?
