When searching for a shop to do a rebuild,I see there are so many details and choices.Can anyone tell me details on what exactly a complete rebuild should cover? please I need specifics to read the papers entirely before I decide.Thank You

One of my computers a gateway desktop(older type) went to blue screen memory failed.I bought some used memory and threw it in.Now it will not boot up at all,no beeps just fans and lights.I tried removing battery,resetting jumper,pulling out ever drive,card,etc.nothing seems to help! cannot read beep codes because there is no beep-any ideas? I made the stupid mistake of not marking my original ram sticks-now they are all mixed up,so i cannot just place original stick arg!

IF a building/Homeowner states they do in fact have a Rental liscense

My friend's sister stole her car,the Police said they will not file a report due to it "being a family matter"the title is in her name! it has been 3 days and they still will not take a report.Any ideas?

I am trying to help my best friend,she is so upset.Any ideas welcome.Her Husband went to rehab-they have been together 10 years.He started drinking heavily and ignoring thier child and his responsibilities,she gave him an ultimatum.He left and was a drunk living off friends,he wanted to see their child and she said he had to sober up=rehab.He did.1 year ago and now he lieves with his Brother(who is sober) he works off his keep at his house rebuilding it.He sees his daughter once a week,talks to her on the phone(she is 9) twice a week.When he comes to pick her up-someone else has to drve him(dui)

he has given her(my firend) a hug,fixed her car,and shows he cares in other ways.She tried to get close to him a couple moths ago and he said it is "part of the program" for him to NOT work on anything but himself? .He just shows no emotion to my firend and acts like an EX Husband.Is AA really like that?no relationship for over a year?p.s. they tried to be "intimate" twice and he couldnt-meds?

1996 Eagle Vision TSI The blower motor comes on and all the dash goes out,then the trunk opens,the door locks go up/down!

The only thing different before this was a climate control knob

was replaced(no wiring done) this happend yesterday,today the car would not sart after that.I pulled the fuse to the blower and the car is fine- just FREEZING with no heat.I would guess it could be a ground wire? or a blower motor? can anyone help? I am afraid my car will catch fire.I hear a clicking at the fuse box when this happens.(no fuses are burnt though)

1996 Eagle Vision tsi,has a small coolant leak,was told it iso.k. due to a water pump pressure release valve?has anyone heard of this on an auto?I thought they were only in hot water tanks at home.

Is it a must to do both? had one changed on pass side-the shop is saying it is a must to do the other side? no symptoms

just a strong recomendation..any thoughts?

This I need answered by those who do it,or those who know people who do it please.Do you think it gives more credibility or what?SO for those of us that have a M.S.W. ,PH.D. etc,we should all put that??

1996 Pontiac Transport has no problem starting first thing in morning;after the van is warmed up if I turn it off and try to re-start it within an hour it sounds like its out of gas.I replaced the starter,the e.g.r. valve,o2 sensor,etc. would a fuel pump sometimes work perfect and not when warm? I do not have fault codes or check engine light on,as when it starts it runs fine.Mechanic says it must be a sensor;I need my van for work,yet I cannot leave it running every time I go in a store-any ideas? Thanks for looking:)

any mechanics/techs?1994 sundance-busted ball joint,cv joint coming out of trans,wheel turned 90 degree angle.mess i know but what is a normal repair price range?I have had so many variations.the reason were doing it at all is the whole motor was rebuilt last year.good car otherwise for my son to learn to drive in.
