I'm going to LA for 4/5 days at the end of March and can't decide which area to stay in. I'm torn between the Standard Hotel which is Downtown or the Cadillac Hotel in Santa Monica/Venice Beach. Any advice?

I sent a message to someone, but when I went to the "Sent items" folder the recipient name was mine - so it looks like I sent it to myself which I know I didn't as I didn't receive the mail. Tried it again and the same thing has happened, this time I know I put the right name in. Why would my own name come up in the recipient box???

I know this sounds dumb, but i am trying to see the artwork on my ipod in itunes. All the help menus say i need to select the chage it in music options which is located in the source pane - can't even find the source pain or the music optio tab. please help, its really annoying me!

I have been having trouble with my laptop for a couple of weeks and ave tracked it down (I think) to a problem with the svchost.exe file. When i go into task manager it shows that svchost if eating all of the CPU - it is running at 100%!!! I have checked the system with A/V, malware and spyware programmes but i'm not getting any where. Anyone know how to deal with this???? I'm reluctant to start messing with the file itself as it is located in system32 and supposedly part of windows. Any suggestions welcome!!

I have a relatively new laptop that was working fine until a few days ago. everytime i open a web page that requires java the net connection freezes up then crashes or just shuts down the browser completely. on top of this the whole system is running slightly slower than usual. I have run malware and spyware checks and uninstalled and reinstalled java. Also done a system retore to prior to its crashing. Any ideas?????????

She has recently started crying and screaming when she is put to bed. Once she is asleep she goes right through but it's getting her settled thats the problem. She has a bath, story and a cup of milk and is then put in her cot. Thats when she loses it; she wants to sleep in my bed (she has never been allowed to in the past and i haven't given in to her yet). I have tried everything; controlled crying, telling her off etc. it usually takes 20-40 mins for her to knacker herself out and crash. Any ideas?

I have a click wheel 20gb ipod with a broken hard drive and second generation 20gb ipod with a knackered battery. Could i take the battery out the first one and put it in the other one? Would it work???
