I am preparing to write a paper for my college COM 215 class, I picked the topic of rising house gas bills.My own personal gas bill has skyrocketed to the point that it is unbelieveable. Anyway I would like to know if anyone knows of where I can actual stories of people that are having trouble with their gas bill and how this has impacted their lives.
