I have a 1946 Kurt Brandt violin...It is in Beautiful shape as is the bow. I would like to sell it, but I am unsure of its value. I have seen newer one for up to $7,200. Can someone please help me?

We filed our taxes with Jackson Hewitt this year (duh, I know) and there has been a HUGE mixup and we have a feeling our taxes ended up in someone else's account... If this is what happened, is there legal action of some sort we can take to get our money back?

This happened on 4-28-07, It still has not gotten better, well it has, but then within a day or two it swells right back up and is causing horrible pain, the swelling is on the inside of my ankle and the pain is in the same spot but also goes across the underside arch of my foot, I have seen an orthopedic doctor 2x now, and after 10 xrays from 3 different places, he is telling me I have to have a bone scan. I am curious what this might show, and what does it consist of?

My four year old daughter with very light blonde hair to the middle of her back came home from school today with a note saying they found nits but no actual bugs. What can I do to get rid of them? Her skin is VERY sensitive and she is allergic to almost every chemical, are there any home remedies that can work? Also, does anyone know how she could have the eggs and no bugs?

I have tried sending her to her room, doesn't work...I try time out...doesn't work....have tried spankings or a slap across the mouth...of course doesn't work...and have also tried the good ol' soap in the mouth...NOTHING WORKS!!! PLEASE HELP! She just thinks that everything is funny!

SO much has happened to my daughter while she has been in his care...she was molested by one of his family members, he has fallen asleep and left her to fend for herself, he has taken her in the presence of his brother who is a registered sex offender, he has taken her to the home of the boy that molested her (I currently have a violation petion in the court for that one) He lives with crack heads (he told me his room mates do smoke crack) he sells pot, admitted to me he also sells crack, he smokes pot, he has a serious undiagnosed sleeping problem (always has in the 10+ yrs I have known him), he has a very bad judgement on some things he says and does (my daughter has come home telling me "Daddy said he is gonna punch you in the face mommy", he told my daughter that I am trying to have him sent to jail,

Ok here is my living situation: Me, My husband, MY 11 year old son, MY 4 year old daughter and OUR 22 month old daughter.

Ok...So I just want to know what the chances are...I just ended my period (4-3-07) and I took a test (-) but something in my body just feels off...I have 3 children already, so I know what it feels like to be pregnant, but I just dont know...I work with 2 women who just found out they are pregnant (the same day), I would like to have more kids, but NOT right now, (and my husband isn't sure if he Ever wants more) we use the "pull-out" method as our only means of birth control, but have not had any "close calls" recently.
