2 AnswersCelebrities3 years agoFriend is charge a late fee because payment he sent 2 days before due date arrives late by US mail is this legal?
A friend that I know sent in a rent payment on his motorboat storage in the US mail some 2 days before the due date in the same city. For some reason it arrived 4 days later at the rental place and 2 days after the due date. Because it arrived after the due date he is now charged a $30.00 late fee.Is this right and legal for a company to do this?? I always thought any payment sent thru the US Mail & the people receiving the bill payments has to abide by the postmark on envelope and not by when it arrives at their location..Does he have to pay a late fee because the US Post Office delivered it late??

4 AnswersLaw & Ethics7 years agoNeed help identifying a piece of music...?
Someone I read posted on a website that I frequent was
asking about a piece of music she had that
she had in her computer....
She and her son was going to use it in a dance
competition. That her son is going o
be in.
However, the entry form states that the music and
composer(if known) must be listed on the entry form.
The problem is that she stated she had it for so long
in her collection and has no way to know what the
name of the music is...
It is maybe a old Polish type of polka song or
European typw music...
Can anyone on Yahoo Answers identify this piece of
music?
See link below of music in Youtube video of
her son performing this
Polish character dance routine in his costume:
