I downloaded yahoo tool bar, but it is not showing up?
each time I click the app, i get message it is already installed. several of them listed in download file. Where is it? New laptop, HP WINDOWS 7, .I restart, NO toolbar

Error message says server is busy ,try again later. I HAVE TRIED FOR SEVERAL DAYS! WEBCAM image appears on screen, so I know that part works. but Yahoo wont transmit to IM freinds or help. Just getting auto replies saying it should be cleared up shortly.
