Next evolutionary step...

I joined Instagram only yesterday and went about loading photos from my Mac desktop using an uploader I bought in the app store. I have posted quite a few photos but only 29 of them are showing on Instagram. It just stopped posting. Every time I try sonf post something it says "your photo has been uploaded to Instagram" but nothing after that 29th post is coming up. Can anyone help me? The internet searches I have done have been really not helpful at all.

Where I live all the music and movie stores have closed down. Downloading is more convenient and cheaper but I miss rack surfing and checking out new bands and having an experience. It was kind of a hobby and now its gone. I think it is quite sad (and ironic) that digital media has choked the very industry it was created to benefit!

Does anyone else miss going to a store to buy music and films?

Something I have always wondered about.

I am fascinated by that time period and that war in particular but it has never been clear to me exactly WHY America got involved. Thanks.

I am an avid Metallica fan, I buy everything they release (imports, rare shi!t, ultra obscure stuff) and to me if you compare him in the mid 80s then the mid 90s and now he has ben been progressively getting worse and worse...shouldn't it be the other way round?? Being a drummer myself it is really quite disappointing. It is like he doesn't care anymore about the groove of the song anymore and just plays simplistic rolls at the end of every single phrase...!

Oh and if you do answer this question, I am not interested in your opinion of Metallica ("They suck now" , "Megadeth are better" - YAWN!) I just want to know what you think about Ulrich's drumming.

I can't stand popular music, it irritates me, mainly hip/hop and rap. I find it egregious pomp. I think that many younger people are rude, imbecilic, immature, uneducated, inarticulate and disrespectful towards the things they don't understand because of bad parenting. I think that our dependence on technology is going to be our undoing, why all this blind devotion to cell phones and social networks? Whatever happened to face to face conversations? I think we are so caught up in defining ourselves by how much money we have and what we have over others that we are breeding contempt and creating monsters in our offspring. The cynicism, the intolerance, the religious fervor, the mis-information....it is all so tiring and I feel we all may not be here for much longer if, as a species, we carry on this way...

Am I the only one who feels this way, if so I'll shut up and go back to my cave but...if not, I want to hear from you...

I don't look overweight AT ALL, on the contrary, but I checked my BMI and it says I am a couple of points over my optimum weight. Should I try to loose 10-15 pounds for health reasons?

I am thinking of buying one...

I am trying to stay healthy and active and got knocked off my bicycle by a Pizza Hut delivery car!!

I was just out on my bike getting groceries and on the way home some guy SCREAMS at me from his car as he passed like some lobotomized gorilla with it's balls stuck in a wasps nest...for no reason what-so-ever! What did I do to that guy to deserve that?

But that's not it...it happened AGAIN about 5 minutes later further down the road!!! Some other mono-syllabic underachiever hollers out at me from his car!! At this point I am thinking...do I have my pants on? Or...am I wearing a Rush Limbaugh costume or something??

I just don't know why people have to be so rude and pathetic and stupid and idiotic and cruel...!?
