Recently I received an e-mail from Yahoo Mail Customer Service stating: "we have removed Yahoo! email addresses from your address book that are no longer valid." HOW DARE THEY! enter my e-mail address book and delete contacts without my permission. This is an outrageous intrusion and I wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this violation of privacy.

I think whoever at Yahoo decided that this new homepage should be forced on consumers without any choice or ability to change back should be fired! What gall!

It’s as though they’re saying: “It’s our way or the highway.” Well I’ve read there are thousands of pissed-off consumers – many of whom are going to take the highway and say goodbye to Yahoo. If they valued you or your opinion, they would have given you choice. Instead they shoved a poorly designed home page down your throat that dropped even their own Yahoo Email and Yahoo Answers out of the top spot. Wow! What marketing incompetents!
