For a couple months now, around five or six, my shoulder has progressively gotten worst. It started with a few cracks here and there now it cracks and pops painfully and loud, there is a constant grinding sound when I move it, my whole arm hurts and there is some shooting pains down my arm as well, also it has a limited range of movement and can't support my weight, like when doing pushups.

I am going to the doctor soon but I would like to see if someone had something like this before and knows what this is so I know what to expect when I go.

Instead of calling everybody black, white, hispanic, asian, etc. just stop and we can just be called people. Then we can get rid of ridiculous stuff like hate crimes because we all know that hate crimes are a load of BS.

I'm limiting my calorie intake at around 1500-2000 and jogging 4 miles(3 on road, 1 on trails). Is this a good workout, should I add more miles because I really don't feel that drained after it. P.S. I'm drinking only water now, no soda, milk, or juice. And if there is anything I should add that would helpful.

Lets divide it up. Give the Republicans one part and the Democrats another. And if the Libertarians want some give them a little bit. And after a decade we can see which one is run better and has better economy.

This is not a serious question. I just want to see peoples reactions.

I want to go to a college with NROTC(Marine Corps Option) but the problem is that all the colleges I find require foreign language. The problem is that our school only has spanish but I speak more German then spanish which is hard for me to take because I hate the language.

Is there any way I can get those requirements without taking spanish.

The foreign exchange is from Germany and I speak some German. Any answer would be great.

I torn ligaments in my back from football. I need someway to stay in shape or boast my metabolism. I can't do stuff that involve movement with my back because i don't like to take my vicodin.
