Male, Sheppard boxer mix, medium size, 7 years old. Neutered 9 months ago.

I'm a 30 year old woman. I started lifting 5 lbs weights for about a month every few days, also playing basketball a lot. My carpal tunnel started getting bad 2 weeks ago [both hands] and I don't know what to do. I have tried the stretches.. Ice.. splint..I really don't want surgery. What can I do to relieve this? It's now affecting my everyday life :(

Smashed my big toe with a bag of dog food cans 6 weeks ago, I have no pain and walk fine now but my toenail is still black and very sensitive to touch, also I still can't curl it.

Can't bend it all the way and it hurts when I try and put weight as I walk..my toenail is still black, probably got fractured so how long more will it take to heal???

I want to rebuild my enamel, I've eaten a lot of acidy stuff over the years, mostly lemon, citrus drinks and such so I want to rebuild my enamel & strenghten my teeth. Any suggestions? (I try to avoid eating that kind of food now). Also, is it true that flouride is actually bad for teeth?

So my dentist said I need a root canal on my #15 tooth, but he said there isn't much space to work with so he reffered me to a specialist, I still haven't made my appointment. I know seeing a specialist is going to be more expensive..right? Plus, I would much rather extract it so I don't have to deal with it ever again. I have very little or close to no pain on that tooth. I have a contract with western dental & owe them a lot, so I don't wanna also owe the specialist. I would like a dentist or dental assistants suggestions please. Thanx!

..there was a time when I didn't go to the dentist in years, which I paid for in the recent months by having 3 extractions, 6 fillings and I still need a root canal (which I'm devating to get)..anyways, I then started to take really good care of my teeth. I just wanted to know if using 3 different toothpastes daily is good, bad, or it doesn't matter as long as I brush? In the morning I use Colgate sensative protection then after I rinse, In the afternoon I use Arm & hammer whitening, and at night I use Sensadyne repair & protect then I floss and rinse.

..where my filling meets with my tongue..is this why I got it? It reallly stings. What can I do to get rid of it? Help!

I was just wondering if it's true that it's bad to brush your teeth right after you eat, and also bad to rinse right after you brush?

I brush twice a day, rinse twice, and floss once.

I had 7 fillings all done today, I was there 3 hours, the numbness has almost worn off but my jaw is very very sore since I had so many fillings done. I'm getting hungry, I want to know how long to wait until I can eat, also, what can I eat? Normal food, or soft?

...I'm on my period? Mabe it doesn't matter but I usually have a heavy flow for the first 3 days and I probably will be taking Midol, I know after the root canal they will give me pain killers & antibiotics. I don't know if I should mix those with Midol or if I should even get the root canal when I'm on my period.
