  • I need Disc Golf Help! Please:)?

    Ok, so I ordered a set of disc's and a pro bag for Disc Golf, I need help though but finding out how each disc should be thrown. I've had 2 discs, and have only used 2 discs that I'm really good with, and use all the time, I know how they are thrown, those two are Roadrunner and Monster. But a few Discs I have just got, I have no clue how I should throw them, so please tell me how:)

    Some extra info is, my average length for a side arm throw is 145ft. My average for a back hand id 195ft. Im fairly new to disc golf..any extra tips are appreciated:)

    Ok, so I donated blood 10/4/12.

    I then had surgery 10/12/12.

    I was on Vicodin after my wisdom teeth surgery, for 4 days.

    So my question I'm trying to get to is, will I be able to donate again on 12/13/12? I really enjoy donating, and I want to donate when they come back 2 my school on 12/13/12. Every answer will be appreciated!!:)

  • For anyone who has ever wanted abs, Here ya go! Enjoy!?

    Hey . Look, , when I first started my road to losing weight for my tone body, I had to drop my total body fat under 10%...Now Im nice and tone, so dont feel bad, you just have to really want this. It takes TIME, Dedication, and eating right. If you wanna lose weight quickly, start by getting dedicated to your workouts, I suggest to jog for 10-20mins not run, cause you can go further and get a better workout, running you will just get tired quicker, plus eat a nice sized breakfast s you have your morning energy, then though out the day, at a small meal or snack every 3 hours, it will train your metabolism, and you will burn off ft way quicker, if your serious about doing this weight loss, try workouts to the fat losing so you replce it ith muscle. You will see improvement within 2weeks If you do it everyday.

    Ohh and to get back to you on shaping your chest and get abs, heres how to do it, first begin jogging everyday, and doing your ab excersises, the jogging will help to get your body fat under 10%, th ab workouts will help shape and grow your abs more. Now instead of me giving you a workout, im going to give you a pre made one, because ive been doing this for so long, you wouldnt beable to handle my schedule. So here, this work out program is called Passion for Profession, I ue and an love it.

    Ok do this workut for 2 weeks everyday! Dont get lazy with it.

    Ok that is level one of the workout, once you have done it EVERYDAY for 2 weeks, move on to level 2, just goto youtube and type in P4P abs workout level 2....then after 2 more weeks goto level 3, then after another 2 weeks...so 6 weeks, goto level 4..the last lvel, but do it for 3 weeks. If you dont really know how to do a proper crunch though, heres a video on how to do it,

    After you goto thee website, create an account, goto Fitness community, and join the group called Gym and fitness, im in that group and I can help you with any question. Once you create your account look through all the excersises, and select 2 for each part of your body. What I love about this website is when you click on a workout, it gives you a detailed video on how to do it proper, and it shows what areas it is effecting, also most importantly the correct breathing.   • Abs Workout? Help? Please.?

    Ok, So I have really decided to start working on my body, Ive been training my arms and legs, ive started to develop pecks now too. But I would really like to have abs. Ive been doing 50 crunches every day for 2 weeks now...haven't seen any improvement besides my core getting stronger and harder. I would like to get them out, any suggestions? Ive been doing my cardio exercises, and drinking my protien shake every day. I need help and advice. Much appreciated. Thanks:)!
