my son is three years old and recently his eating habits have been dreadful. i have shared custody with his father which is where the problems are coming from, i cook healthy fresh meals for me and my son everyday, but recently i have found either he wont eat at meal times or he will eat but sporadically. he stays with his father 3 days a week and when he returns his eating is all off. i found this is due to his father feeding him frozen produce, i bought a few things from the frozen section to try and get him to eat but he will only eat this frozen once it has been cooked he will not touch it. his father refuses to help and ignore me and says im making excuses to make problems for him, i need advice i have spoken to my health visitor but she is no help as is my doc they just tell em to keep encouraging his good habits and ignore or punish his bad ones. i do this and have done since he was 6 months old, but due to his unhelpful father my routines are constantly being crushed
