  • Can I put a Turbo Diesel engine in my '96 Chevy S10 pickup?

    Right now it is a 2.2 liter engine with a manual 5 speed tranny, over 150k miles and the engine is starting to act very tired. My oil pressurre is down and there is not much pep left in the gas pedal. If i replace the engine, is it possible to install a 4 cylinder turbo diesel?

  • Unable to Connect to a cable modem?

    I moved my computer from one house to another and after connecting everything, and calling the cable company to install the cable modem, I am unable to connect to the modem.

    The computer is a 5 year old Dell Dimension 4500 with Windows XP. I had Comcast before, but now I'm hooked up with Time Warner. They brought a new cable modem and I verified the modem works correctly on another computer.

    Also, after setting up the hard drive and monitor, etc... whenever I turn on the computer, a black screen appears with the message "Plug and Play Configuration Error" with an option to press F1 or F2. Pressing F1 allows the computer to boot up normally.

    Could these two problems be related? Any help is greatly appreciated.
