How can I convert Roman Numeral endnotes (i, ii, iii) to Arabic Numerals (1,2,3) in Microsoft Word 2011?
In the MS Word 2010 version it was easy there was a little box under the footnote/endnote section that would lead to a settings dialog box where everything could be changed. That dialog box appears to be hiding in the 2011 version.
1 AnswerSoftware7 years agoWhat could be keeping my laptop from shutting down?
I have an hp touchsmart tx2 tablet pc, and I have numerous reasons to believe that I need a new battery. Most people have a problem with sudden shutdowns and the pc refusing to turn back on when the battery is going dead. I have the exact opposite problem. I go through the normal routine and the logging off screen is just staring at me. What could it be? Mattery does charge and will even hold the charge for a while, but if I hibernate it gets really hot. Any insight?
2 AnswersLaptops & Notebooks1 decade agoHas anybody ever noticed how NBA players drink from two cups at the same time? What's the purpose behind that?
They get two cups, one in each hand. Then they sip from one cup. Then switch and sip from the other cup. And they go back and forth until both cups are empty. Why not drink one cup and then just get another one if you're still parched? Or, why not grab two cups, drink one, and then switch to the other hand for part two? Is that some type of...tall guy, pro-athlete, because I'm really thirsty, and just because I can thing? Maybe it's just something that Cavs players do. Noticed it tonight while watching them play the Cs.
13 AnswersBasketball1 decade agoOf all colors in the spectrum, why is snow white?
I have the idea that it has something to do with the tiny little ice crystals refracting light as in a prism, but then wouldn't that give snow a "rainbow effect"?
