Im going to be taking an exam called LCM (London College of Music), grade 7, and I need to sing 5 songs in 30 minutes. These include pretty hard songs such as Don't Stop Me Now by Queen, or Somewhere Over The Rainbow. I am not sure my voice will make it through the whole 30 minutes. I am planning on doing a silent retreat for 2 days before exam.

Do you have any other tips for my voice to last 30 minutes with hard songs? I dont my voice straining or cracking or just simply not hitting the note in front of the grader guy.

We are thinking of immigrating to Canada next year. Next year I will be a junior in high school. I was wondering whag the life is like in Canada for teens like me?

So I got my helix piercing around 3,5 months ago and I got it done with a gun. I know, they are supposed to be done witb needles, but I just wanted to get it done. When I got it , it didn't hurt at all at first. But then it started to hurt SO MUCH, I couldn't even touch my ear. I even remember crying because of the pain my dad caused when he accidentally touched my ear. It's been 3,5 months, and the pain is a lot better. I can touch my ear, but it still hurts when I try to sleep on it or play with the piercing.

I also want to mention that I have 2 other friends who got theirs done at the same place, by the same person. One of them had to take her earring out bc it was infected. The other one could sleep on it a week after she got it, and now she even changed the piercing twice.

My question is how long will it take for it to heal and for the pain to stop? I really wanna be able to sleep on my right ear. Or do you think I should take the piercing out, let the hole close, and get it done again with a needle? I really don't wanna go through the whole thing again :(

Okay so I'm 16, I didnt have my period for 4 months, we went to a doctor and she gave me some pills. My period started today, and I'm craving sweets like mad! I started a healthy life style last June, and I lost around 22-25 pounds. I used to be a sweet addict, like I am feeling right this second! I'm scared that 8 will go back to my old habits, plese help. Is this normal, is it because of my period?I actually gave in for today and already ate a few pieces of chocolate and a teaspoon of nutella. I FEEL GUILTY ALREADY :(

I usually weight myself everyday, it has just become a habit, but I'm thinking i won't weight myself for a week, since I'm on my period and I'm gonna be bloated. What do you think?

Hi, I'm 16 years old and female. As you can guess from the title, I have an issue with my hair. They are falling out way more than they should be. It started around this June/July, and I've lost almost half of my hair since. Guys I'm young, my hair halved in volume and you can literally see I have less hair than I used to. I'm scared to take showers because of this. I used to have beautiful, voluminous, thick curly hair. Now it's just, nah. We went to a dermatologist, and she gave me some vitamin pills but its been a month and the loss has increased. I also had my thyroid checked, nothing wrong with that either.

Another problem I have is that I've been missing my period for 4 months. I went to a gynecologist for this too, and there was nothing wrong.

Do you think these two problems are linked?

And what do you suggest i do?

So, hi, I'm 16, and like some of the other teenagers out there, my love for my isn't the same as it was when I was 8-9. It's not like I don't love them at all, of course i do, but they just don't mean THAT much to me right now. And i feel guilty. I have times when I'm all cuddly with them, but they're too rare. I don't want to drift away from them. I need a click point to make me realize that they are one of the most important people in my life. Please help me? I don't want to prefer having alone time than spending time with my family, but that is my situation right now.

Its for a play. It's either going to be a mentally ill character, or a psychopath. How do these people act? I'm asking separately; like how does a mentally ill person act and how does a psychopath act? What are some of the main things I should know to act out these characters? Do they scream, do they talk to themselves, do they stare into nothing...?

So at the beginning of this summer i completely changed my lifestyle and eating habits, and i lost 9 kgs healthily. The thing is, we went on a vacation with my family last week and i couldnt keep everything on track. I tried to mantain as healthy as I could though, but i did do a couple cheat meals. But since we came back, i seem to be having trouble getting back on track. It used to be really easy for me to refuse all the sweets and carbs and junks before we went on vacation, but since i tasted those goodies again ive been craving everything unhealthy.I dont want to go back to my old eating habits. Im really scared of gaining weight, please help!
