I told my friend this REALLY big secret if mine...And she told it to somebody...I told her not to do it again so a couple of months later I hear from some one "I know your secret" i'm like WTF! So i'm really mad at my friend now. Should I stay friends with her?

I see how men who are going through a sex change take female hormones and they grow breasts and their voice becomes softer. I am female and am thinking about taking those hormones because I want bigger breasts and it doesnt hurt to become even more feminine. Is this dangerous?

Twice in the last week I have woken from my sleep with the sensation of being strangled. My throat is never obstruted and there is no one else in the room with me. The second time it happened was last night and all day my throat feels sore and it feels like there is a lump just below the uvula. There are no marks on my throat. I know I need to see a doctor but what are the possible causes of it? I'm getting a little scared since I have to wait to see my doctor and I have to go to sleep tonight.

Sometimes when I see people who cannot walk properly, are missing limbs, have to confine themselves in a wheelchair..etc etc etc, I feel really really guilty. Maybe I'm a bit too empathetic...

Does anyone else feel that way?

I'm supposed to be getting Dish on the 28th and I might be in a pickle.

I live on the third (top) floor of a brick apartment building. My apartment is on the North East corner of the building, with my balcony facing directly North. I'm not sure how I can really have a satellite point south east when I don't have anywhere that faces that direction. There is the roof, but I don't know if my landlord will go for that. If she won't allow the roof, am I screwed?

Also, how will installation work? Like I said, it's a brick building. Do they just drill through the wall?

The installation guys have to come from an hour away and I don't want them to get here just to tell me it can't be done.
