I was cleaning out an old house recently it's a foreclosure and found over 5,000 sewing patterns for womens, mens, childrens clothing. All still in the original packages. Does anyone know where i might sell these. Also, have about 200 bolts of various cloth and hundreds of spools of thread, bias tape up the ying yang.

4 years ago i purchased a Jeep SUV for my step-daughter, she was attending college needed transportation. I told her she could make $150 per month payments without interest to pay me back. She was living away from home. She Graduated 2 years ago, moved back home works 2 Jobs makes after taxes $40,000 a year doesn't pay rent. She got mad because i asked her to start making payments at the rate of $450 per month on the Jeep. She's been living here at home for a year rent free spending her money on guys and her friends, I got my 1st payment of $100 payment since she got the jeep yesterday. Then a few hours later i heard her talking to someone on her cellphone saying i gave that freaking loser $100 bucks just to shut him up, so that's $100 bucks i don't have to spend this weekend. She's 26 years old. Dates nothing but drug addicts on probation and or alcoholic losers. How do i get control of this 26 year old biatch.

My step-daughter's boyfriend is cheating on her.. I don't like this loser she's dating, she know's i don't like him, he's a druggie on probation in a court ordered drug program. He lives 120 miles away in another city and she drives there and spends the weekend with him every damned weekend.

During mid week i was in that town for 3 days and had to have a tire fixed and so i went to that tire shop where he works he doesn't know that i'm hooked up with her mother but know's me from years past. I invited him for a beer after work and we went to a local bar, he's a braggert and began telling me about the women in his life. He mentioned my step-daughter said she was just a meal ticket paying his rent for him and helping pay his fines to the court he plans to dump her soon as they are paid. He told me about his other girlfriends whom he likes much better.

Should i tell my step-daughter about this jerk, i doubt she will believe me as she know's i think he's such a loser.

After i divorced, my ex-wife and her boyfriend wrote about $40,000 in bad checks on my account. I made a deal with her so she could pay me back this money plus all the fees for the return check fees.

I got her a job with a escort service and all the money she was paid for doing the johns went to me for 2 years. I've made about $90,000 off her so far, the statute of limitations doesn't run out for these felonies she committed for another 2 years.

Was i wrong to make her pay me back doing this type of hooking work, and should i let her stop or make her work until the limitations run out?

I just found a 60 year old stock certificate in my deceased grandmothers personal papers. The company name doesn't sound familiar and couldn't find anything online by that company name. The corporation was registered in Montana but it was a mineral development company involved in oil,gas, gold, silver operations. Where can i go to find out if this stock certificate is worth anything. Name of company is Wilson Creek Development Inc.

Yesterday, i received a email from a renter living in one of my girlfriends houses. They said a water line had broken and the city had come and shut water off at the meter so it wouldn't flood the street. I quickly loaded up all my tools to drive the 120 miles to that house and fix the broken water line. She has 2 houses in that little town with the same problem but other is vacant at present.

I told her i was going to fix both broken lines at the 2 houses. She got mad cause i couldn't give her an exact cost to do this before i even had a chance to look at the lines.

All it would cost her is the cost of the pipe, wouldn't have to pay for my time or gas to do this. She's not dumb where costs of pipe and stuff is concerned but she got so damned mad at me. I didn't ask her for a penny to do this for her. What in the Hel l is her problem?

Over the past 4 years my GF has lost her father, step-mother and now her mother. She inherited everything, except $10 to each of the surviving relatives. She inherited several hundred thousand dollars, plus land and 2 homes. She wants to sell the homes but they are full of furniture, need to be cleaned, paper's gone through etc. She works a full time job and could retire but doesn't. I'm retired already, we both want to move to another state, but she says she can't until these houses are cleaned out and sold.

Yet every weekend she just comes home and lays in bed and does nothing. She won't let me go and pack up the stuff in those houses and get them ready for market. Then she get's mad because there is so much to do at these 2 houses and it's not getting done. How do i motivate her to get off her butt and do it. Or should i just go pack everything and put in our garage and do the work myself at this rate we'll never be ready to move in mid summer.

Recently i overheard a conversation that my girlfriend was having with a friend. they were talking about my GF's ex. and that marriage. They were talking about the plan they had devised to infect him with rabies in his food a day or so before he left on a 2 week business trip. Figuring that he would get sick and die while he was on this trip.

They planned to use rabies from a dead skunk. They are both nurses is this possible to do this?

Why i worry about this is that my GF has a huge life insurance policy on me at present.

In 1978 i met this woman in a bar and we later went to a motel and had sex, we continued with having an affair for like 7 months on a nightly basis we had sex, then i was transferred to another part of the country.

8 years later i meet another woman in the same state where i'd met the first one. We date for 6 months and then marry. Her next oldest sister lived out of state and couldn't make it to the wedding, then 7 years later comes to visit us.

This sister is the woman i'd met at the bar and had an affair with in 1978. She immediately opened her mouth and told my then wife what had happened and our marriage went to h ell right before my eyes. Nothing i could say could convince my wife that all this happened before i even knew she existed and i shouldn't be held accountable for what took place before we met.

Divorced now for 17 years and she's still demanding an explanation for my behavior with her sister. Is she totally freaking crazy or what?

Given the number of failed marriages as a result of cheating do you think a law of this type would work to reduce the divorce rate.

I would like to see a law on the books in every state in the USA, that would require a 5 year minimum mandatory prison sentence imposed on anyone who cheats or commits adultery in a marriage. This would include both parties of an adulterous affair.

I bought this Chevy new in 2000, I use it alot mostly highway miles in the rocky mountain states. I service this vehicle every 3000 miles. Haven't any problems with it yet. Just belt, tire, wiper battery replacements. It just turned over 269,680 miles. How long can this truck be expected to last before it needs a major overhaul.

I'm still getting the same mileage as i did the day i bought it and it doesn't burn any oil it runs great and has plenty of power.

I'm in a relationship of 8 years. Not married to this woman but everything except my vehicles has been put in her name. House, her vehicles. Only thing in my name is my 2 pickups and motorhome.

We have separate bank accounts but make payments from each of our account on the home we built new. 5 years ago.

Recently i saw that her life insurance policies have her kids as beneficiaries to and including the will. I'm not listed in the will to get a damned thing. Basically the will states the house will be put up for sale and sold and proceeds less the mortgage balance will be given to the adult children currently ages 26 and 34.

Should i demand that she change the will to where i will retain the home if she dies.

As it stands right now if she died tomorrow, these kids would have me living on the streets and sell everything out from under me.

Yesterday, while driving home i mentioned to my GF that i'd installed a snooping program on all our home computers and had access to all the IM's emails, and other information accessed on the internet. She turned very pale and had this strange look on her face.

She didn't ask what i'd found, but am wondering if she thinks i know about the several affairs she's been having over the years.

My daughter is very motivated professionally she is a pharmacist at age 25 in a large metropolitan city, Yet in her personal life she will travel out of town to hangs around with her former highschool buddies who are nothing but total losers, unemployed, uneducated, druggies, alcoholics who live in a small rural community 125 miles distant.

She wastes her money on buying their booze for the weekend parties they have. Now i learned last night that she's hooked up with a drug addict younger brother of her former boyfriend also a meth addict.

I have done everything i know to encourage her to find a better class of people to be with and to put these losers behind her but nothing works. Its as if she does this just to make me mad as H ell.

Other than beating some sense into her what else can i do to convince her to drop these people out of her life?

I have a GF and i'm going to get her a card and flower's. She's an older lady in her 50's. Her daughter age 25 who is really depressed cause of lack of a man in her life. Should i get her something too. Are their Valentines given to both in a situation like this?

When i'm making love to my GF, why is it she has to scream at the top of her lungs when she reaches a climax. I've had the neighbors call the cops more than once in recent months.

Once she screamed so loud it broke one of my ear drums and it hurt really bad. I don't like cops pounding on the door when the neighbors call to report this.

Recently my GF was cleaning out her mothers house after she had passed away, she discarded in the trash some vintage baseball cards. She then asked me to haul that trash to the dump.

I retrieved the baseball cards from the trash at the dump and stashed them in my truck, this morning i got the report back from the sportscard grading service, and the appraisal on the cards is over $180,000 wholesale value. They have found me a buyer for $150,000 and i'm tempted to take that offer and not tell her but i feel guilty about not doing so. Opinions please.

I've been divorced from my ex for 11 years. Yet, on a weekly basis i have this nightmare about an event. Which scares the daylights out of me.

My step-daughter age 25 moved back home a few months ago, my wife/gf travels alot in her work, but this past week has been 5 days has been out of town attending to her mother's final affairs, I have been with her. But had to come home a day early. I had called my step daughter and told her i'd be home around 730pm.

When i arrived home around 745pm, i entered my house, and of course our dogs began to bark etc. I walked upstairs to my master bedroom and found my step-daughter in my jetted tub.

She wasn't running the jet's or i'd have known someone was in the tub. I walked in the bedroom and saw her completely naked and she didn't even seem startled.

I'm retired military, have a great pension of $5000 + per month, get free medical/dental from the Veterans Administration. My house is paid for don't owe any bills except utility bills each month.

My girlfriend is whining that i need to get a full-time job and get serious about life. She works full-time and resents the fact that I don't work full-time.

I'd rather go to the gym and workout daily, then do a round of golf, go to a museum or art show or library or go out in my workshop and do woodworking. I only work 2 12 hour shifts as a ptsd counselor. I'm retired military i put in 34 years active duty and i don't want to work a fulltime job again.

Am i being selfish or what? Should i go back to work full-time?
