Retired at 52. Now 57. Now working to remodel my rental houses and then sell them. Used to have a real estate license. Spare time goes to a civic group which focuses on youth issues. I have done research and found grants for several different types of charities (senior citizens, scholarships, stop child abuse). Worked 31 years for state of Virginia. Mostly as a business consultant or systems analyst to other state agencies (DMV, Labor & Industry, Housing Administration, Public Safety, Corrections) . Designed & built computer applications. Researched grants & technology. Security officer for computer systems. Wrote government contracts. In 1985, married a woman with 2 teenagers. From no roommate to 3 roommates. A interesting adjustment. Believe parents must be teachers so that when they are gone, the child will know how to do things. Have 3 grandchildren [Spoiled rotten by...] :=)
