I recently obtained my medical records from my doctor and upon reviewing it, there are words in bold the denote a new section and one of those bold words is "Impression", and then right after it, reads "General medical examination, New, 18-39. Routine general medical examination at a health care facility. Eczematous Dermatitis - Hands."

I visited the doctor for a rash on my hands, does this mean I have been diagnosed with Eczematous Dermatitis? Or, does the doctor THINK I have Eczematous Dermatitis, but hasn't diasgnosed me with it.

I'm in the process of filling out the 1040A form for the 2009 year and I received something from my bank (Bank of America) titled "COMBINED TAX STATEMENT FOR YEAR 2009" and on the bottom right corner of the paper there is an amount under the heading "TOTAL EARNINGS INT. ORD. DIV AND OID'S".

My question is, what do I have to do with this form when I'm filling out the 1040A? What do I do with the amount given on the combined tax statement I received from my bank? I filed last year for the first time and only had a W-2. This year, I have my W-2 and this statement from my bank. Any help for be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for looking/answering!

Hey everyone. I have never had any experience with lizards before, but within the last month or so, I have wanted to own a Bearded Dragon. I did some online research on them and today decided to go to Petco after school and look around to get an idea for price. Well, as I walked in, there was a terrarium in the front of the store with a lizard inside. It was a baby Bearded Dragon. It's back right foot is broken off and hanging onto it's body by it's skin. I adopted it and brought it home. I gave it a bath and made a little home for it. As of now, it is just sitting in it's little plastic container with a little bowl of water. I bought some small mealworms for it but it hasn't eaten any yet. It climbs on my fingers when I hold it but when I put it down, it's just sitting there. Will it's foot grow back? I know lizard tails can grow back...but will it's foot? HELP!!! WE NEED HELP!!

...on the 2nd floor. I don't have a stand for it but I will be placing it on top of my dresser. The 55 Gallon would fit perfectly with a few inches of room to spare. My question is, would the floor be able to hold 1000lbs? Just say the 55 Gallon filled up is around 500+lbs and the dresser is 400+lbs.
