  • What shops can I buy Spinning shoes from?

I really love spinning classes, and have started to go regulary, my trainers are just not doing the job as they are too soft and I also dont like strapping my feet in as I like to make sure my feet are secure and this sometimes makes my toes go numb! I want to buy some spinning shoes, I know you can buy them online but I would prefer to try them on first to ensure they are comfortable and fit well. What sports shops, if any, sell spinning shoes? Thanks...

The problem is that he wants to play, as puppies do, but she, my Chihuahua is having none of it! She growls and shows teeth at him, He barks back at her as he is getting frustrated that she wont play. I think it may be a Territorial thing. Help?!

  • Have a Vaginal infection, took antibiotics, now have a severe yeast infection...and no insurance?

I had to go to the ER 9/10/2010, as I had no Insurance. I had burning while urinating, just generally uncomfortable down there, they gave me a pelvic exam and said I had alot of discharge. They also tested me for Ghonhareaa(Cant spell it) and Clamidiya, both test came back negative, the day after the ER visit.

So they think I have some sort of infection. They gave me a shot in the hip, also gave me Azithromycin 500mg, two tablets, which I took as directed. They also gave me Cephalexin 500mg x14 tab, two a day, which I am taking as directed.

This morning I woke up feeling awful, think I have a bit of a fever. I believe i have a severe yeast infection now, it is so painful and uncomfortable. So I went to the Pharmacy and got a Monistat 1 day treatment pack and used it. I have had yeast infections before from taking antibiotics, but this is the worst, most painful I have ever had. PLEASE HELP

  • I have two laptops using Linksys WR T110 wireless router, only one laptop can connect. HELP?

I went and bought another laptop the other day so me and a friend could be online at the same time, but its not working. I have a Linksys WR T110 Wireless router.

Every-time we try to connect to the internet on two separate laptops, one works and the other one gets kicked off the internet, This is really frustrating and I just cant work out how to fix this, I have been trying for hours. I even went and bought a networking cable so I could hook up one of the Laptops directly to the wireless router, but this does not work either cant work out how to use a wired connection.

    HELP, PLEASE.

  • I had Microscopic meniscus knee surgery 6 weeks and 4 days ago, should it still be painful?

I did it at work, In the ice storm, I slipped on a icey grass verge as I got out the truck and twisted it pretty bad, which resulted in a meniscus tear under my knee cap.

All is covered by workers comp. I am an aprentice Linewoman.

I had two weeks off of work straight after the surgery, then my work called and I had to do light duty in our local city hall, which has two flights of stairs to walk up and down, and a lot of filing to do, so I did'nt get to really rest it much.

I had been going to Physio therapy, three times a week, about 15 sessions, which ended last monday the 22nd of March.

It hurt after each session, which I guess is the usual, but it has increased flexibility and strengh.

It also just seems to just kinda fail, or popout, I cant really explain the feeling too well, it gets weak really easy. And it always clicks when I bend it, which is sometimes painful.

Well yesturday my knee was really bothering me, and today I noticed that it had swollen up and was quite painful when I bend it or attempted to lift it up.

And also I can be just standing and it has shooting pains coming from my thigh, through my knee and knee cap and down the front and side of my shin.

I am due for a check up on monday with the othopedic doctor who did the surgery.

Is this normal for my knee to still be in this condition at this point after the surgery?

  • Do you think that we should have free* healthcare for all in the USA?

I originally come from Great Britain where health care is free -well kinda - we pay a small percentage of our income to cover it.

You can walk into a doctors surgery or an Emergency room and not have to pay a penny!!!

No remortgaging our house, NO rip off insurance companys that try to get out of paying, NO small print where it states that your insurance doesnt cover this or that, NO premiums to pay - absolutely nothing to pay - apart from that small percentage that we pay through our income.

Every British citizen is entitiled to care no matter if they are working or not.

Perscriptions cost around 12 pounds ($24) no matter what you get.

We also have less people addicted to perscription drugs as our doctors do not make money from perscribing certain drugs to patients for example Oxycoten, xanax, lortab etc

Our preventative, emergency, Desease, Cancer, Terminal, Rehabilitation, general heathcare, maternal, Drug rehab, family planning(Birth control & STD etc) Care that we

If you have say a dicky knee and you need to see a specialist you may have to wait a little while - but that is for just minor things.

I lived in Oxford and we have one of the best hospitals in Europe the "John Radcliff Hospital" . And our hospital equipment is just as good as in the USA.

We also have less drug recalls than in the USA because we dont let the drug companys get away with what they do in the USA - which is kinda like human trials, or at least thats what it seems to me.

Dont let anyone in the USA tell you that so called "Socialist or Goverment controlled heath care is bad" Because it is not.

I believe that it IS the government duty to make sure its citizens are healthy and kept that way.

And I am really shocked that "Christian" America does not take the same view. Lots of people here in the USA take the view of "Well I am covered and my family is - so I dont really care about everyone else"

Doesnt sound very Christian to me. Jesus was poor - do you think he would have afforded Insurance?

If you have a common cold you can call a doctors office and be seen the same day!!!

And if you cut your hand off you would be seen as soon as the ambulance gets you to the Emergency room - A free ambulance by the way.

But I do believe that it will change here in the USA in the future - well hopefully anyway.

I am glad that if I get cancer or something as serious while living in the USA I can just go home to Britain and get taken care of for free - I am very lucky

  • Has anybody heard of Operation Northwoods, if so do you think that 9/11 possibly could have been a inside job?

Operation Northwoods is a de-classified CIA document found on the CIA website. It states that the USA government was going to do some sort of "Terrorist" attack on the USA and then blame Cuba so they could justify a war against them.

If they could consider this then 9/11 could quite possibly have been a inside job.

Let me know what you think.

  • I have been with an older guy, ALOT older, now I am thinking of leaving?

He is a great guy, very trustworthy, loving and will do anything for me. Been together almost 4 years, I love him alot & he loves me, I am 25 he is 20+ years older than me.

The problem is that I have been in relationships since I was 17yrs old and now I just want to be free and single and do what 25 years olds do - party, meet people, go out etc,

& I feel that I have been considering other peoples feelings for a long time & I guess that I just want to start looking after myself and do what ever I want to do without having to answer to someone else or consider someone else - sounds selfish - I know.

I really should have thought more about his age etc before I let myself & him get involved and fell in love.

It would crush him if I left, and I worry about regretting it.

I also want to have kids around 30yrs old and I feel he will just be too old.

I just dont want to look back when Im 30 and think that I have missed out on my 20's

If anyone has any advice that would be great
