I have just recieved a letter from Eastern Railways Quoting an incident regarding fare evasion.

It states that if I don't reply to it then I may be prosecuted.

Somebody has given my name to an inspector and now they want my version of events from July.

I have filled in the document and returned it stating that I was not the person.

I have never used this railway line and i'm amazed that someone knows me and would give my name.

I feel however that they have looked at the Electoral Register to find my address.

My question is, will I be taken to court for something someone else has done?

have lost 2 sons.who can I speak to directly to check if their identities are being used by crininals?
