For my work i normally travel. for people to tract me on phone is very hard. if i can get US or canada phone number on any soft-phone that will allow people to call me on low rate with out any problem, Is there any website or software which give me free number or on little cost????

I just upgrades to Windows 7, our work place IT allow computer to used internet by there MAC address.

My MAC address is approved but i am not able to surf or connect to our network, i try everything but not able to connect. Before that with Windows XP I never had any problem.

Is there any thing special with Win7?? any trouble shooting help which allow me to connect.

i can see that i can reach to our server but not beyond that.

I work in Doha Qatar where ISP block lots of website including VOIP, and other site.

any in my office all none work site are block,(youtube, MSN, Facebook).

i use my laptop in office too.

Is there any software which help me by pass these block. a software which i can install on my laptop to by pass or avoid these block????

some one told me about Redalert or something. which allow me to only connect to there server and from there i can access any website. is that true

i want to creat a chart in MS Excel or any other software with multipile X axis on right side. i saw a chart with one X axis on right side in Excel but i dont know how to add this is Excel??

if there any good software which i can use to creat these Chart / graph????

Today I received my annual Medical checkup report and I found that above if higher than normal.

I went to same check last year but everything was normal just my SGPT was little high like 62. I do not drink alcohol and do not smoke and do any thing which is bad for health except eat more than what my body need.

Following is my details.

Weight : 93

Every other test is normal other than following;

Cholesterol 206.11 mg/dl (5.33 mmol/L)

Cholesterol HDL-C 5.4

LDL-C/HDL-C 3.5

Triglycerides 354.3 mg/dl (4 mmol/L)

For Liver;

SGPT (ALT) 104.5 U/L

SGOT (AST) 49.8 U/L

Gama GT 42.2 U/L

Test for hepatitis B & C is clear. And had vaccinations for hepatitis A & B

My question is how bad is this??? Especially for lever??? And what I need to do other than just go and see my doctor ASAP.

I have problem on my Dell Desktop. My XP is corrupt and when I try to install fresh XP my PC give me error "Bois on your computer must be update before installation of Window XP"

What can I do to install.
