I chose to be automatically signed in to IM but I still have to sign in, why?
When I launch messenger I should be signed in automatically but I still am prompted to sign in. I cannot fix this even after uninstalling and reinstalling five times. I also need to change the sounds and don't know how. I also have trouble when I click on the envelope icon to check mail, it won't work! Someone please help!
