I am a sober house manager. I suspected a resident of drinking. My colleague administered a breath test to him with a reading of .32. My colleague blew into it of course sober and .00 came up. I then used my breathalyzer and he blew a .27. I also blew into mine sober and registered a .00 We were driving this resident to detox and he grabbed the breathalyzer attached to my vehicle( I am a recovering alcoholics who has voluntarily put an interlock device on my car). He blew into this and blew .00. This was all in the span of 20 min. How is this possible?? One device is rarely wrong. The chance of two malfunctioning is infinite. Yet he blew Zeroes into my interlock breathalyzer. Does he have a method of beating it. Very odd. We found no liquor bottles in his room. Traces of what smelled like vodka and empty air duster bottles.

I have a private pilots certificate and a 3rd class medical. I have had two DUIS in 4 years. I sought treatment for approx 9 months and have been sober about that time. At what point and what do i need to do to reacquire my suspended medical.

No warning no nothing. No charging light. No lights at all. Any idea as to a cause or a fix. Thanks

They stole my Iphone, cash, my watch and my credit cards. A good samaritan grabbed one of these kids and held him until the police arrived. I ended up in the hospital with a busted face and thank God nothing permanent. They are holding this kid or guy on aggravated robbery charges. The guy was found with my cards in his pockets. Plus the bar had security cameras so it was all on tape. Can I sue the bar, kids family or what. I had to quit my job because of my face and now have to pay hospital etc. Any answers appreciated

My brand new Iphone 3GS was stolen after I got jumped Saturday night. I have a Mobileme account but never had a chance to link the phone. I have looked at iHound Localis and others but they all need to be loaded on the phone. I have the serial number and all the information from when I bought it. Is there anything I can do besides drop 700 on a new phone?????

When my roommate listens to his music on them I can hear everything, loud. And I put them on and its at normal volume. They dont seem to leak, is there an external speaker or what

My wireless modem works fine. I see the Wi-fi networks on my screen. They are secured networks. I get the password from the coffeeshop. I click the active network and my computer reads "Validating Identity" But it gets no further than that. It doesnt prompt me to enter a password. When I try and enter a network key under options(which Im not even sure is the right thing to do) it say it has to be a WEP exactly 5 or 13 ASCII characters long. And of course the Password is 12 characters long. Also after tinkering with it, I got it to be "connected" but then the status showed transmitting 126 and receiving 1. And I couldnt get on IE or AOL or anything internet.

Is there a way of getting my computer to prompt me for a password on secured sites. By the way there was a box that said my computer only supports WEP and doesnt support WPA. IS that a problem or can I get new drivers or updates. I can easily sign onto unsecured wireless and also wired connections.

Any answers would help cause this is incredibly frustrating, I feel like I am doing something really little thats wrong.

I know that some scooters under a certain cc does not require a license. I actually have a motorcycle license but all of my driving privileges are suspended. please help me find one that I do not need my license for and goes faster than a pedal bike.

I was arrested in newport beach and transported to NB police station. Booked and released on a written release to appear after 6 hrs. I was given a courtdate which charged me with disorderly conduct 647 (f) PC. And told if I didnt show up next month in court a warrant would be issued. A week later I get a letter from NB police stating " As required by provisions of the penal code 851.6, I hereby certify the taking into custody of the above named person by NB PD was a detention only, not an arrest pursuant to"

and then a box is checked next to 849(b)(1) P.C Signed by the Sgt.

Now the 849(b)(1)P.C states below that they are satisifed there are "insuffucient grounds" making a criminal complaint against me.

Sorry but my question was it just a detention until sober and no misdeameanor Disorderly charge or do I still have to go to court to address the charge. Thanks
