Anybody has a recipe to share that does not use vegetable shortening and whipped cream? Also, I only need about 1 to 1 1/2 cups maximum. TIA

We, (3 adults and 9-month old baby) are planning to go 1st week of January 2007 for 5 days maximum. I understand this is peak season. Have done a search and Alona Kew seems reasonable. Ananyana (?) ang Panglao Nature Resort seems a bit on the high side.

How about Sun Apartelle? Anyone been there?

Basically we just want a resort near the beach and the facilities are child -friendly. Will also consider visiting Chocolate Hills,a nd other notable places as well. I would love to hear from personal experience. Thanks in advance!
