I'm needing help with figuring out steps to fight on getting the other person's name off the title. He abandoned the trailer, his name is on with my name using the word (AND). The person has been gone for over a year and no one can get a hold of him. There is criminal charges against the person, so he's purposely not trying to be found. What do I do? I know it would be much easier to have a lawyer, that's not an option. If this accounts for anything, its on land that i'm renting to use. I know it would be a civil case. Please help with more information on how to start this procedure.

Have talked to several people about how to get the person s name off the title. I have no way of getting a hold of the person, as they re on the run. Due to sexual assault of my child, have been gone for 1 year now. I cant afford a lawyer, as it would cost around 5000.00 to take the case for me. I m wonder if i could go to small claims and get his name off the title, or what to do. I was told there has to be proof of some that he was given a chance of notification on removal of his name on title. I dont know how to do this all, need help. I live in Wisconsin, that might play a role in helping me. I m stuck living in a place that is giving my child and I flash backs.

Why do I still have feelings for her deep feelings! We have been broke up over a year ago I've tried dating other people nothing I can't feel the same about someone else besides her! feels like it is falling apart for me! My job hey I got a job that's plus but I feel like I'm not where I'm supposed to be in life at age 21 I don't have a license and no car and have been working on my GED but not such luck with passing the math I have the last test I've been studying and more! I live put of my parents house but I think it would be best to move in for at least a month.
