I was hoping I could get help translating this:

いつ まで た ても こうきしん の ある グリン-さん で あり まね ように。

I can understand my name グリン-さん, and I get the impression she's saying "be true to your genuine self" but this is just my first semester in Japanese and this is WAY beyond my ability to understand.

(same thing written in roomaji - itsu made ta temo kookishin no aru Glenn-san de ari ma ne yoo ni)

A weblogic application starts coming up and attempts to initialize a database connection pool to a database that is hung. This is hanging the weblogic app. Are there any Weblogic parameters/values that can be set to allow it to proceed to come up gracefully and continue to attempt to set up the connections to the hung database (which will presumably be bounced) for the connection pool?

In Yahoo Answers, a number of people have avatars which appear to be a tear in them (or perhaps an odd lightning bold). What does this signify?

If so, would present YOUR definition. Please, no references, I am aware of what it means. I am just curious as to the general awareness of the term and practice.

I want my status to be a link, be underlined like a link, but the text I define so it's not so messy such as text that says "Yahoo search, click here", which represents the yahoo.com url.
