I travelled to the US for a holiday a year ago and have an ESTA valid until July 2013 which I applied for before the last trip. I'm intending to travel to the US again in March/April, and am unsure whether I need to apply for a new ESTA or whether my current one is valid for the new trip. If it is valid, do I have to update it to reflect the flight information and the US address/dates etc for my visit?

Hey, can anyone give me some approximate pricing of a unit of electricity here in the UK?

Where one unit is 1kWh as charged by the utility companies.

I'm going to the movies with a girl later this week, and I quite like her - I'd be happy for something to happen between us. We're both 19, I've been in long-term relationships before, I'm not sure about her.

Quick background: I know this girl, I lived with her at college last year for a few months (when I had a girlfriend), but I moved out and have only seen her really quickly a couple of times since. I broke up with my girlfriend last summer and in the last few weeks we've been talking a lot on facebook. It's been fairly flirty but also quite jokey so I can't tell if she's serious or just having a laugh.

During the facebook talking, we suggested (again in a half-jokey way) going to the movies and then I just asked her if she actually wanted to go. She said yes, so now we're going... easy, right?

But I can't tell if she's just seeing it as "going to the movies with a friend I haven't seen much lately" or whether she thinks it's a date. I guess I'm seeing it as a date, since I want to get with her. Is there any way to tell? I'm presuming that if she brings a friend or two then she's just seeing it as a friends trip to the movies, but does her showing up alone mean she thinks it's a date?

Basically, are there any tell-tale signs, or do I just have to see if it feels right and make a move?

Just wondering if anyone knows of anywhere that does Short Term car insurance for a 17 year old (in England)?

I've discovered because my mum is with a women only car insurance, they won't let her add me short-term onto her policy because I'm a male - so I decided to look for my own short term cover.

Problem is, I can't seem to find anywhere that offers such cover for 17 year olds - Anyone know of any that exist?

If I want to cancel a web hosting package I have with Eleven2, what rights do i have (if any) as a customer to getting a partial refund.

For example, if half the hosting is still left, is their anything that says I can demand 50% of the money back...

I know if I cancel my driving insurance, I can get the money up to the end of the policy refunded, but not sure how it works in the USA or for internet stuff.

They're all essentially the same thing, a case with a stack of fans, but is there any reason to pick one over the others.

I guess it's really more antec 300 vs coolermaster 590 and antec 900/900-2 vs coolermaster 690... any reasons to pick either brand over the other?

Is my goldfish ill, or is there a problem in the tank? It hangs around near the bottom, then swims straight up to the top (like, vertically) and seems to gulp for air, then glides back down.

I get the feeling it's unable to float halfway (so is that a swim bladder problem?) because it has the strength to launch itself upwards, but always ends up near the bottom.

Is there anything I can do? Is it a lack of oxygen in the water? Is it just ill?

Note: There is another fish in the same tank which doesn't show any signs of problems. It's quite happily bobbing about as normal.
