  • Gift dilemma--Bleach anime subbed or dubbed?

    I’m purchasing a Bleach set for a Christmas gift. This person has only seen the dubbed version so they are used to & prefer that for this particular anime. FMA was the other way, so they prefer the subbed version & didn’t like the dubbed voices.

    If I could, I would spend extra and get as many of the dubbed as possible, but I can only find up to episode 28.

    So, I can get either 28 episodes dubbed ( That’s ALL that’s available and he’ll have to wait maybe years to see the rest) or 140+ episodes subbed. I’m worried that he will hate the subbed voices, but he‘ll be happy that he has so many episodes. He can be impatient for shows he likes.

    I can get both but thats pricy. I can’t ask him because its a suprise. He’ll be happy either way, but I want to make the best choice.

    If you had to choose between getting all the available episodes of your favorite anime in your less preferred version, or getting just 28/140+ in the version you like, what would your choice be? Thanks!
