OK! so we have to file an amended tax return for 2005, 2006, and 2007 because we had some unclaimed income and the IRS said we owed them some money, H&R Block is doing this for us as we speak, well acually they are working on it, but they are closed right now. I was playing around on one of those internet sites where you can do your taxes and just entered our info in it.. and it said we should get something back this year... but my question is... do you think that when we file our 08 taxes we will get that amount back, before all the amended paperwork goes though and it equals itself out... or do you think the IRS is gonna keep that refund and after all the amending happens we will get the refund?

I know that I could ask H&R Block, which I might, but I am bored right now so I figured I would ask ya'll... so just give me your honest OPINION and whoever has the best OPINION will get 10 points... Thanks and have a wonderful day!!!
