I work at a job I hate right now.

I have another job that just called me in for an interview. It's a job I had in my old state. I have any availability they need and I enjoy that job. I obviously have experience and they're looking to hire several positions, so it's almost definite I will get the job. They said the job would start in 2-3 weeks if I have the interview go well (and I've had about 7 interviews in the past -- I succeeded at all of them).

Should I let my current job know tonight that I'm leaving in two weeks, or wait it out and quit as soon as I found out I got this job? There's no way i could work both jobs at the same time, they're both very strenuous.

Laptop dropped, battery came out.turned it back on, loads up to login screen. I log in, then it goes to a black screen with my mouse arrow on it. It doesnt do anything from there. How do i fix it?

I make $9 an hour right now, and already got a .25 cent raise after being there a month. The managers love my work and want to train me quickly. They think I'm doing a great job and I get along very well with the customers. The hours are good, but I have bills.

And I know at other places I could start off quickly at 9.50-10+/hr. I may not be able to move up nearly as quickly, though.

The work at my current job is strenuous, but most work around these wages are. Should I keep my job or look for something bigger and better?

At my current job, I have job security, a lot of hours, and a lot of promise to move up at the restaurant. Whereas at another job, I'd probably not be able to move up very far.

What should I do?

I enjoy my job and my co-workers.

I eat ~4500 calories a day. The recommended amount for me is 2,300 or so to maintain weight (but really, the ~4500/day maintains my weight).

I've tried to go from ~4500 to ~1800 a day (to lose 2lbs per week) but it's such a drastic change and sends me through a whirlwind of anxiety. So, is cutting 50-100 calories from my diet a day down to 1800 an effective way to lose weight?

After I get to 1800, I plan to start exercising again.

Right now, I eat unhealthy, sleep at odd hours, never exercise, watch tv and play games all the time.

How to I go from that to eating healthy, exercising almost daily, sleeping regularly, not watching much tv and not playing games much?

I'd also like to pick up reading as a hobby too...

I need one for school and light usage. I don't need it for anything else really. What are my options?

Should it be alright for interviews, or should I shave it?

Like I didn't know when the timing belt needed to be replaced in my car. I need a list of what needs to be done at what amount of mileage, basically.
