My sister had an operation about 5 months ago, and she has a really long and thick scar from it, its making her feel really self-conscious, and she is worried about going on holiday some point this year and having everyone see it. Ive told her that people wont pay attention to it but its really getting to her, she doesnt even like shopping for clothes because she doesnt want to see it in the mirror while she is changing. I know about products that can help with smaller scars and I have ordered some samples of veil-cover which is a concealer made for covering scars and tattoo's, while I was looking for the concealer I came across different gels and creams that claim to fade scars, one was a silicone gel. I was just wondering has anyone here tried anything like that and do they actually make a difference. I know its not going to disappear but if I could find something for her that would just help it fade a bit then I know it would make her feel a bit better.

So today I went to see my doctor about a lump I found, and he told me that he was referring me to the hospital, but he didnt actually tell me what they would do down the hospital. He just told me that I would get a letter to let me know the date, and to be honest with you I didnt even think of asking anything while I was there. I have checked on some other websites and they say about mammograms and sonograms, Im assuming I'll be getting a mammogram, am I assuming right on that? Or is there something else they will do first? And one website said I shouldnt wear any deodorant, body lotions or sprays when I go, while another said to take painkillers before going, is that correct? I know that it will probably turn out to be nothing but Im a bit nervous so want to be prepared as much as I can, so if anyone knows what happens next after seeing the doctor and can offer any advice then Id be really grateful!

Ive decided to try to start saving, what should I look out for with a savings account, theres so many different accounts and im not quite sure what they all mean, im just going to be adding money to it when i can and need one that doesnt require £1000 minimum funds. Im really not very smart when it comes to banking so any advice on what type of account I should look for will be great

please help me, i have no idea what i have done but its just happened in the past 10 minutes, my capslock key works the opposit way, the shift keys dont seem to be working at all, i cant use the mousepad to scroll and if i try it seems to highlight everything on the page, and for some strange reason if i try to click a link it opens in a new window straight away, its really puzzling me, i really dont know know what ive done and cant figure out how to fix it, does anyone know what i need to do to sort it out

This may seem a bit silly to ask but I have been working for nearly 10 years (not in the same job) and Ive never felt that i have done something that I really enjoy, and im not quite sure what my dream job would be anyway, I know some people who knew what they wanted to do since they were kids and some say they just realised at some point in their life, so im wondering how do I figure it out, is there anyone here in their dream career?
