The graph y=x^3-4x^2+x+6 is stretched horizontally by a factor of 2 about the line x=4. What is the resulting equation?

I get the stretching by a factor of 2, but how do you do that about the line of x=4? Also how do you change y=x^3-4x^2+x+6 so that it is easier to work with?
