im wondering if it is possible to have a 2 year old bench warrant for failure to appear for driving a vehicle without reg and ins if no notice of court date was ever given.

individual has clean record and zero police involvement ever. parent was responsible for vehicles insiurance. a missed payment cause a lapse in insurance and the registration being pulled.

if there is a warrant, what can be expected when the person turns themself in? booked and held? bail? second court date?

my work cell gets calls (all hang-ups) from restricted numbers about 10 times a day.

when i answer, they hang up. when i dont answer, they dont leave a message.

they call at all hours of the day and night. i sometimes receive 3 or 4 calls at like four a.m. on weekends

i figure whoever it is, they go out and get drunk at a club or bar and come home and start dialing.

id like to put some kind of number logger on my phone just so i can find out who it is. i have contacted my cell phone carrier, and they tell me to change my number. (thanks for nothing). and i have contacted the police, (who said they cant do anything unless there are threats).

changinf my number is not possible since it is a work phone and i have given it to so many business contacts over the years. i couldnt replace them all. and if i left my new number on my voicemail, the caller would obviously get my new number.

this is so frustrating, i wanna throw my phone out a window.

what action can i take?
