we have a new co worker. i introduce myself pleasantly and and i made a comment that i 'm a nice person but don't cross me.i was just kidding when i said that. i didn't to know it offends her.she worked their for almost 3 weeks and only now she told the boss it bothers her and felt like threatened. i really not that kind of person. i was just kidding when i said that.i got written up and my boss said word of this nature constitute violence in a work place and not tolerated.any reoccurred will result to disciplinary action.I really not that kind of person to threat my co worker. i'm a 65yr old woman, and work hard for my company.Do you think they try to get rid of me? i told them they cannot fire me coz i didn't mean the word that i said.PLEASE HELP ME.

Last February, i sent 2 boxes to the Philippines via mobility express inc. I was promised that it will only take 45 days to get to the Philippines.It took 52 days before i received it.When i opened the boxes,a lot of my stuff is missing.Where do you think i can file a complain? This thieves has to stop stealing peoples things.
