So I just started working and the person training me is a guy, anyways he never asks me any personal questions but doesn't mind talking about himself, which I don't mind but what is with that? Also when its just me and him we talk to each other all the time but when someone else is around he ignores me, any ideas?

So my dad has cancer and is in stage 4. he is really tired and keeps falling asleep. and right now we have more than 20 people at the house, i know that they just want to spend time with him before he passes but he is tired and needs to rest.
