There is plenty of blame to go around and definately a lot of it falls on Washington for laxed regulations. Who should be held accountable for this? The Bush Adminstration or the Republican party? Please provide valid reasoning. If you don't understand why it happened, then history will repeat itself, and the American people are the ones that will suffer.
