I have been sleeping 2 times a day from 7 AM to 11 AM and then from 4 PM to 10 PM. I'm get too tired if I try to stay up during the day and go to bed earlier. I'm not tired enough to sleep at a normal time cause I sleep during the day.

I was sleeping at 7 AM and waking up at 3PM so I decided to just not sleep for a day and go to bed at the normal time the next day. I got too tired and slept at 3PM the next day and now it's 9PM.
